ISC2 Twin Cities Chapter (February 15, 2018) - "Pentesting 101: No Hoodie Required"
I'm looking forward to do a pentesting primer with the ISC2 Twin Cities chapter. This talk will be based on the Pentesting 101: No Hoodie Required talk that I did for the Secure360 conference in May, 2017 (details below).

WBA Secur-I.T. Conference (September 26-27, 2017) - "Hacked in 15 seconds"
15 seconds is all an attacker needs to steal your sensitive information from any workstation. Attendees will participate in an interactive demonstration while learning about:
- Inconspicuous USB devices attackers use to create hidden backdoors into your network
- Common ways attackers quickly capture passwords and other sensitive data without your knowledge
- Tips for securing your network against such unscrupulous attacks
The super talented folks at Filament created illustrations of some of the ILTACON talks - I was fortunate to have an artist at my session. Check out this super creative work (use arrow keys to move left and right)!
metropolitan state university (june, 2017) - "Pentesting 101: no hoodie required!"
I had the fun opportunity to speak to some cybersecurity students about getting started in penetration testing.
SECURe360 (may, 2017) - "Pentesting 101: no hoodie required!"
I spoke at the Secure360 conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The talk was aimed to give nerds like me - as well as regular human people - some insight into the fundamentals of pentesting. The PowerPoint presentation had an Arnold Schwarzenegger / Terminator 2 theme :-)
